Consulting Services - We have extensive experience in consulting to C-level and VP-level executives. High-impact projects (>$100M revenue or COGS) also have benefited from executive-level consulting. We also have Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) available to do assessments, project management, implementation and operations reviews designed to empower your organization.

 

Fee Structure: We have four different fee structures for the various types of engagements (Note: T&E are billed at 0% mark-up):

 

• Consulting Services: $375-500/Hr for Executive-level Consulting; $180-250/Hr for SME/support-level engagements
• Project Based: For large scale projects, we will propose a Not-To-Exceed project fee for the scope of work (SOW) as defined by the client.
• Training Programs: Training programs are priced per session. No charge for additional attendees up to the maximum. Materials and expenses
    for the training  session are billed per person.
• Software: ICRPlaybook^© Software and ICRToolbox^©  licenses are available at a user, department, site or corporate level.
