How would ICR begin to help me in one of the four core business areas?
Typically ICR is about getting things done quickly, and right the first time.  We prefer to spend a short period of time at the executive sponsor level understanding the core business and goals the client has, and work together to create a strategy, rough time line, and budget goals to accomplish the project.
For example, when doing a Transformation, ICR likes to use a single pilot project as a relative example of how to accomplish the overall serries of tasks, and do this pilot in a short period of time. The lessons learned and success of the pilot help create a very detailed, task oriented, sequence of deliverables that gets the cost reductions as quickly as possible.
How does ICR deal with cultural and language issues?Â
ICR several key staff members including project management, that are bilingual in Chinese Mandarin, and english and provide both knowledge transfer and translation capabilities on site for the ICR subject matter experts and host.   ICR staff has literally worked all over the globe on projects. Either in Mid-east, Europe, or Asia, when needed, the expertese is found to work full time with ICR to ensure communications are timely and accurate with the client and ICR and all local protocol is observed.
What is ICR’s core value?
Our primary core value is simple. Our business practices are based on applying the “Golden Rule” to cost reduction, or in construction management, "cost avoidance" by bringing the project in ahead of schedule and under budget.
