The Integrated Cost Reduction© Process

ICR© is a proven, collaborative cost reduction process, that employs a proprietary, computer-based decision and analysis tool called the “ICRPlaybook©”. It is based on ICR’s groundbreaking book, Integrated Cost Reduction, published by Reed Press in 2004.
